As all good things do, it began with a dance…a disco dance to be exact. In the early 80’s, Fortune brothers, Greg and Jeff, bought a small Southern California mobile DJ company called “Rolling Disco”. But is wouldn’t stay small and it wouldn’t all be about DJs for long. With a name change to Fortune Entertainment and expanded services to encompass entertainers, musicians, and special event services of all kinds FE was off and running. Then in 2000 there was the additional focus on event production including TV production (with over 100 hours of broadcast TV and several Emmy Awards to their credit) and live events of all types.
Today Fortune Entertainment doesn’t want to be all things to all people but we are adamant about being exceptional at every event in which we participate. From personal family celebrations, fundraisers, and corporate events to large public gatherings, FE has played a role in making them great.

I’ve been told that I am like a bulldog. Once I get my teeth into something I don’t let go. I’ve been at Fortune Entertainment now for over 30 years and the time has flown by. We keep getting bigger and better so every day is exciting. We get to be involved in some of the most important days in people’s lives and we take celebrations very seriously. FE is a family business and I know how important these events are for families and businesses. We strive to make each one incredibly special and that is the personal and professional reward for me.
Our Grandparents were Vaudeville performers…so you could say entertaining is in our blood. At Fortune Entertainment I have had the opportunity to produce thousands of incredible live events and TV with some of the world’s greatest performers, technical and creative talent. Our goal is to under-promise and over-deliver to the delight of our clients. Our challenge is to bring together the right concept and talent into the right setting for a memorable event…that’s the magic in FE. Greg has always been such a positive force for me and he makes sure everyone at FE brings that same positive attitude to every event we produce!
Kane was born into Fortune Entertainment. He set-up parties at the Playboy Mansion at age 2, played Camp Ronald McDonald House at 8 and became a “Rolling Disco” at 16. Kane has literally DJ’d hundreds of fantastic events over his career. ..from the “Jewish Home for the Aging” to the “40 Year Old Virgin Premiere” party. Kane makes everyone feel special whether he is Uptown, Downtown or Out of Town. Kane has a degree in International Business from The George Washington University but feels his greatest education and accomplishments have came from working and learning alongside his father.
The only one not legally ‘part of the family’, but they sure do make me feel part of it. Also the only female, so as you can imagine, I am the task master, ‘the detailed one’, or maybe that just comes naturally from my Scottish personality. But you need a feminine touch, and hey someone’s got to keep these boys in check. At Fortune Entertainment my expertise lie in event management and production services, and we have produced some exceptional unique events together. I love any kind of celebration, and am passionate about every single event and client we work with – no matter the size. Always striving to over deliver and exceed expectations, we like to always be one step ahead and think of everything so you don’t have to.
