Fortune Entertainment recently produced A Round Up and Roast to honor a truly stellar gentleman along with his family, friends and associates. It featured performances and tributes from athletes (Ali, Elway), performers (Taylor Hicks, Keith Harkin) and elected officials (Schwarzenegger, Perry, Quayle) and many, many more.
